C語言抽獎程序
單用C標準里的東西,可能無法做;得藉助於操作系統或其他第三方庫提供的多線程。單用C++2003及其以前的標準也無法實現,原因同C,如果依據C++2011標準(2011年剛出台的C++標準)到是可以——C++2011標準加入了多線程,要求C++編譯器支持多線程,但是現在的編譯器估計都還沒有支持。
