Visio的簡單使用‍

一、打開Visio，進入「開始界面」；

1. Open Visio and enter the “Start Interface”;‍

二、選擇我們需要新建的繪圖類型，如「基本流程圖」、「日程表」等（以基本流程圖為例）；

2. Select the type of drawing we need to create, such as “basic flow chart”, “schedule”, etc. (take basic flow chart as an example);

三、選擇類型後，再選擇更加細緻的類型，如「基本流程圖」中有「基本流程圖」、「垂直流程圖」、「判定分支流程圖」和「頁面內引用流程圖」，滑鼠左鍵單擊不同類型便會有相應類型的介紹，雙擊或單擊後點擊「新建」便會新建一個該細緻類型的繪圖；

3. After selecting the type, select a more detailed type, such as “Basic flowchart”, “Vertical flowchart”, “Decision branch flowchart” and “In-page reference flowchart” in the “Basic flowchart”. 四、如建立「基本流程圖」，則畫布空白，作圖時最常用到的便是圖形、連接線和文本框，畫布左側為可以選擇的形狀，連接線和文本框都在「插入」選項卡下；

五、如果選擇的是「垂直流程圖」或其他細分類型的流程圖，則畫布上會有一個對應的模板，可根據自己的需求，改變形狀內的文本，或添加、刪除一些形狀，此時，左側可用形狀也有相應的變化；

六、在形狀之間添加連接線時，在「插入」選項卡里單擊「連接線」，此時把滑鼠移動到任意一形狀的邊界上時，邊界會變為綠色，此時點擊滑鼠左鍵不放開，移動到另一形狀上，就會在兩形狀之間添加一條連接線，右鍵點擊連接線可改變連接線（直角、直線、曲線）；
