Although never recognizing the large-scale flow in China, the State administration of Exchange Control emphasized in 2012 Monitoring Report of Transnational Cash Flow in China pulished on Feb. 28th, 2013, that once the risks gather and break out again, the emerging economic entities would have to passively suffer from pressure of capital outflow and home currency depreciation. This shall be carefully noticed and prevented.
