    当买家咨询部分地区不能下单时,卖家可以用英语回复:“Thank you for your interest in our store!Thank you very much for your information,parcels cannot be delivered and orders cannot be placed temporarily.Thank you very much for your kind understanding.”中文翻译为:“谢谢你对我们店铺的关注!当前,由于越南部分地区防疫措施升级,这些区域内的包裹无法正常派送,所以相关地区暂时无法下单。非常感谢你的理解!”当买家咨询订单被取消时,卖家可以回复:“Dear esteemed buyer,due to the logistics situation in Vietnam as a result of COVID-19.Shopee has cancelled the delivery of some orders.We are sorry that your order is on the cancellation list.Thank you for your understanding!”中文翻译为:“亲爱的买家,由于越南物流受到疫情影响,Shopee 平台取消了部分订单。很抱歉,你的订单已被取消了。谢谢你的理解!”
